The outreach department of Tower of Refuge Deliverance Ministry began at the inception of the church and is held every Thursday. The outreach activities were directly revealed to Rev.Dr.G Obed by the Lord.
The activities of the outreach department are set up to meet the immediate spiritual and physical needs of the people. Here the Holy Spirit discerns any spirit responsible for anybody's predicament which are dealt with through aggressive prayers according to the word of God in Matthew 11:12: "And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of God suffereth violence and the violent take it by force".
Since this arm of the ministry caters for both the Christians and Non-Christians alike, it is for everyone. It is designed to prayerfully relieve burdens, give direction to those confused and deliver the spiritually oppressed. Any one who has lost hope for living will be catered for here. Jesus himself declared in Luke 5:31 "They that are whole need not a physician, but they that are sick". It is only those that acknowledge they have issues or challenges which they may not understand or can't handle that we gladly pray with and minister to. We delight to see the manifestation of the power of God in our circumstances. The motto of our ministry says " when you discover, you recover. You can not recover what you have not lost.
God has done many incredible things in the lives of people who have come to our outreach sessions for prayers. Here are some testimonies:
God delivered a family that was in serious torment through prayers. The devil affected the thinking ability and the skin of all the children in this family. During their visit to outreach, the source of their problems was revealed by God and prayers were offered in line with the word of GOD. Today all the children’s thinking abilities have all be restored to normalcy-to the glory of God!. There is joy, peace and happiness in that family once more.
